1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing prodipix.com or login.prodipix.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
ProdiPix provides digital marketing, AI-powered automation, website development, and related technology services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for login.prodipix.com. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at info@prodipix.com.
4. Payment and Billing
Services are billed through CreaNova FZ-LLC. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of access to the portal and associated services.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- Violate any laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to anti-spam and telemarketing laws (such as the Australian Spam Act 2003).
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the service.
- Use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications without proper consent.
6. SMS Policy and Consent
We may send transactional SMS messages (such as appointment confirmations and service notifications) related to the services you have requested.
Marketing SMS messages will only be sent where you have provided explicit opt-in consent, such as by checking an opt-in box or submitting a consent form. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP". Standard message and data rates may apply.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, AI systems, and technology provided through our services remain the intellectual property of CreaNova FZ-LLC unless otherwise agreed in a specific service agreement. Clients retain ownership of their own business data and content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreaNova FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
For Australian customers, nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
